acceptable in the 80's?
Video of a gig i went to a little while ago, Calvin Harris - Acceptable in the 80's at Fabric.
What the hell is New-Rave?
This makes me angry, what does 'new-rave' mean? If there's such a thing as old rave then someone needs to go tell all the 'old ravers' still going for it on the dance floor to take their glow sticks and fuck off home because it's not cool any more.
I don't understand how bands are being pin-pointed as 'nu-rave', is this not just a trend?
I dislike some damn good bands such as, The Klaxons, New Young Pony Club and Hadouken being put in this catagory. It suggests to me that it seems it is to do much more with style over substance based around Glowsticks, brightly coloured neon clothes and sunglasses. It's basically just a more pretentious stance on the basic rave genre in the first place.
