Hip label, 'Modular' last week celebrated the release of two new records with a huge nu-rave up at 'Together' at the Turnmills in London on Saturday 24th.

Party people 'Fishseeksbicyle ' hosted fun and games in the cinema lounge, whilst upstairs the Together All-Stars got even sillier with a comedy soundtrack of 80s pop, TV themes and party games. This month’s fancy dress theme was military garb and prizes were awarded for the best dressed.
Canadian duo rockers turned housers MSTRKRFT headlined room one to plug their debut LP ‘The Looks’ which sees a UK release this month. Support in room one was from the only man to have ever DJed with suction cups attached to his skull – I refer of course to Chicago house legend, Green Velvet.
Room two had electro-poppers Hot Chip headline, spinning a DJ set and Parisian glitch electro star Para One (listen out for his new remix of Bloc Party’s ‘The Prayer) with support from London house mainstay and Together resident Justin Robertson.
Room three was Modular, Modular and more Modular, celebrating the release of new label comp ‘Leave Them All Behind 2’. Headliner was the DJ arm of the Aussie record label, Ajax, with The Gossip, Klaxons and New Young Pony Club brought in for a spot of DJ jiggery. Klaxons span their second Together party, which The Gossip had to race off the stage at their sell-out Astoria gig to hit the decks for their ‘official after party’ with us.

Each and every set was stormed through with out me (or anyone else is seemed) even knowing the time, glow sticks spinning and feet jumping I never wanted this night to end... and it didn't, with the afterparty going well into late Sunday morning, ravers finally surfaced and made their way, feet aching and glowsticks lost in the madness, home.
